The newsTV program “Informativos de TPA Noticias (2ª edición) echoed the beginning of the action C1-Elimination of pine trees in site A1-Barayo. The rest of the planned actions to restore this protected site will start one the tree cut-down activities had finished.
On 23rd November 2017, the Life+ARCOS team travelled to the town of Vigo in Navia, home to the Partial Natural Reserve of Barayo Interpretation Centre, to take part in an information session including the participation of various members of the Life+ARCOS project coordinating team belonging to the University of Oviedo.
Next 23th of November 2017, Life+ARCOS team will meet the Regional Authorities in charge of the management of site A1-Barayo to inform them about the actions planned for this protected site. Hopefully we will start the actions before the end of the year.
On the 8th of July 2015, the Life+ARCOS team met the majors and councillors from Valdés and Navia Councils, Asturias. In the meeting we discussed with local authorities the foreseen actions in the protected site of Barayo.
